Here are some of the questions we are frequently asked by our lovely customers both old and new.

If you have a question to ask that isn't listed below please dont hesitate to ask us.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours although orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day. Sometimes the postal service isn't as efficient as we would like and orders are occasionally delayed in the post. We find that 99% of delayed orders do eventually turn up, so please give 7 working days before notifying us of a delayed order.

No, at the moment we do not have a bricks and mortar shop.  We are internet based only and are not open to the public

There is no minimum order value so you can order as much or as little as you like. For UK orders over £40 we offer free postage

At the moment we only ship within the UK excluding NI. We have taken the difficult decision to suspend shipping to Northern Ireland due to new GPSR EU Legislation

If you would like to make changes to your order please contact us using the contact us link,  tell us what changes you would like to make and we will do our best to help. 

You cannot buy more of an item than is in stock. However If you let us know we can contact you if and when we have more in stock.

You don't need a paypal account to make a payment. When you are transferred to the paypal website you will be able to select pay with credit card. We also offer credit and debit card payments via Stripe.

We currently offer free uk delivery on orders over £40.
