Customer Guarantee - No Quibble Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind we offer a no quibble refund customer guarantee.
Because we know how important it is to have exactly the right beads for your project, if the beads aren’t to your liking for any reason we will refund you without a fuss providing they are unused and in original packaging. Please notify us of your intention to return them within 14 days from the date you received them. You then have another 14 days to return them to us. The buyer will be responsible for return postage where goods are simply unwanted.
Please note, we regret that we cannot cover return postage unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
Once we have received the beads back in good condition, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
When returning your items please obtain proof of postage to ensure that in the event of the items being lost in transit a claim can be made from Royal Mail for any loss.

If the item you have received is incorrect, faulty or not as described please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem.
